I. Rules & Regulations And Important Information in General

The parents' signature in the Student Comprehensive Consent Form means that the rules and regulations of the school mentioned in the school E-Almanac have been read and accepted.

All correspondence should be made via email to the School Admin Office ONLY and not through the teachers. When writing to school regarding the child, parents should mention the name, grade, and div in which the child is studying.

Parents are requested to inform the school in case of any changes mentioned below:
Change of Address
Change of Contact Number.
Change of Email ID
Submit an E-Application through your registered email id to school admin office in prescribed format given under E-Almanac section along with the relevant documents,if applicable.

Any enquiry regarding academic achievement or behaviour of the child may be made with the class teacher or the subject teacher concerned only on the day of Parent Teacher's Meeting (PTM). Special permission from the Principal should be sought for teacher's appointment.

The students of Pre-Primary and Std.1 to 4 only will be permitted to wear coloured clothes on their birthdays.

Distribution of sweets and gifts to children and members of the staff on any occasion in the School or in the School Bus is not permitted.

While picking or dropping students or coming to school on any business, parents must carry their Escort Card and must be dressed in formal wear.

Parents and guardians are requested to encourage regularity and discipline. They must be polite while communicating with teacher/staff.

Teachers of the school are not permitted to give any tuition to the students of the school. Engaging a teacher of the school as a tutor will be viewed as breach of disciplinary rules of the school. If any such malpractice is identified, it should be brought to the notice of the Principal immediately.

No leave of absence will be granted during the term except under very special circumstances.

No half day leave will be granted to students for ANY reason. No request/ application will be considered in this regard.

It is mandatory for every student to be a part of all major events of the school.

Student’s selection for celebrations, inter-school and intra-school competitions are purely on the basis of merit. Parents are requested to encourage healthy participation and sportsman spirit.

Signatures of both parents are required in all forms and communications submitted to the school. However, in case of non-availability of either parent's signature due to any reason, the school will, in the interest of the child, accept all forms/ correspondence with signature of single parent upon receiving an indemnity bond, from the parent submitting the application, and/or consent/Indemnity letter from the parent who is absent (as applicable).

Parents should check the school almanac regularly. Any communication sent through the school almanac must be taken note and duly signed.

Student's photo related to the activities of School will be displayed on School app., School website, School brochure, School Social Media Account and other School publications.

Parent should have no objection whatsoever in receiving messages from school on your registered mobile number, even if your mobile number is registered in DND.

The Report Card will be issued on clearing all dues.

II. Admissions And Withdrawals

Registration forms for new admissions are issued in September / October every year. New admissions are subject to availability of seats.

Every admission will be provisional until the submission of all applicable documents from the previous school.

School Transfer certificate will be issued on the submission of prescribed format of cancellation (Transfer Certificate Application Form) in School E-almanac along with relevant documents. A notice of one full calendar month must be given before the withdrawal of the pupil, failing which fees will be charged for the notice period.

III. Procedure For Cancellation Of Admission

All the documents should be submitted personally in School Admin Office.

Due to any unforeseen circumstances, Transfer Certificate Application Form can be submitted through parent's registered email id along with the required documents.

The students who do not wish to continue for the next academic year, their parents need to apply for the cancellation before 15th April of the current academic year.

The following documents will be needed at the time of cancellation:

  • Transfer Certificate Application' Form
  • (Transfer Certificate Application Form duly signed by both the Parents can be submitted in person / through parents’ registered email id along with the required documents)

  • Original Security Deposit Receipt
  • Copy of receipt of the last Qtr. Fee paid
  • Copy of Cancelled cheque.

Security Deposit will be refunded by the end of the term after deducting the remaining dues, if any.

IV. School Fees

All school fee has to be paid quarterly as under:

  • First quarter (on or before 15th of May)
  • Second quarter (on or before 15th of September)
  • Third quarter (on or before15th of December)
  • Fourth quarter (on or before 15th of March)

Students of Std.IX and X must pay the third and fourth quarter fees by 15th December.

Full year fee payment can be done with applicable discount. This payment can be made online or by cheque in School Account Office, Monday to Friday (Except Public Holiday) as per notice issued each year, if applicable.

The fee can be paid online or offline in School Accounts office. For details please refer to the School app Fee section.

If School fee is not paid on or before 15th of the quarter, late charges will be levied. In such cases, fee and late charges should be paid before 15th of the following month. Please note that the school will not be responsible for delay in payment due to technical errors/ Public holidays.

If the cheque is dishonoured, the fee thereafter will be accepted in cash or cheque* (subject to realization) at the School Accounts Office along with applicable charges.

V. Uniform

Each child should be neatly dressed in complete school uniform with ID Card.

It is mandatory for all the students to wear ID card in school premises.

The ID card is not transferable. It must be returned to the School Admin Office upon cancellation of admission. Loss, theft or damage to the ID card must be reported immediately in writing to the school Admin Office. Duplicate Card will be issued against an application received from a parent along with applicable charges.

During monsoon season, the students should wear plain black floaters. Parents should encourage use of raincoats rather than fancy umbrellas.

Girls having hair longer than shoulder length should tie them in two plaits with ribbons of prescribed colour only. No nail polish/ Mehandi/ Kajal etc.is allowed.

Boy's hair should not touch the collar but should be cut little above ear lobes. No fancy hair cuts are permitted.

No streaking or hair colour is permitted.

No jewellery or Fancy/Smart/ Digital wrist watch is permitted. The School does not take any responsibility towards the damage or loss of the same.

Prescribed school winter wear only should be worn by the students.

Students are not allowed to wear leggings with the School Uniform. During PE period /extra coaching only prescribed PE/ Sports uniform to be worn.

Students should be dressed in complete School uniform whenever they come to School unless informed otherwise.

PE uniform to be worn only on the prescribed days as informed by the School.

VI. Discipline

The following will invite strict disciplinary action against the students:

  • Irregular attendance
  • Habitual negligence of work
  • Obscenity in words or action
  • Bullying school-mates
  • Cyber offenses against the school
  • Insubordination to school authorities.

Parents should encourage punctuality in their wards. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against frequent late- comers.

Any students caught indulging in any form of malpractice during the examination will be prohibited from continuing the examination and shall not be allotted marks for the subject.

Each student is responsible for his/her own belongings.

Silence must be observed in the whole school during class hours.

No mobile phones and electronic gadgets should be carried by students.

Any material unrelated to studies in school will be confiscated.

No collection of money should be made without the sanction of the Principal.

Minimum of 75% attendance of the total working days is essential for promotion.

Students travelling by the school bus are expected to be polite and courteous in the bus with School Staff and fellow commuters. Anyone found misbehaving will be debarred from using the bus facility.

The Principal reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any pupil if his / her behaviour is unsatisfactory.

Students are expected to keep THE SCHOOL PREMISES CLEAN.

Any damage caused to the school property must be appropriately compensated. The Principal has the right to levy a fine / penalty on the individual/ group responsible for the damage.

Parents are expected not to plan any holidays during working days. Academic work suffered shall not be at any cost compensated.

Students across all standard must enter into the school premises 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Late comers shall not be permitted under any circumstances.

Students coming to School for extra guidance after the school working hours/ Saturdays should carry the consent letter from the parent. Prior permission for the same should be sought from the Principal.

Student should carry the necessary things needed by him/her for the day. No items will be accepted once the student has entered the School.

VII. ATTENDANCE

Candidates whose attendance is below 75% of the working days are NOT eligible to sit for the examination.

Parents/Guardians are requested to ensure that their ward/s attend the School regularly.

VIII. LEAVE OF ABSENCE

Leave of absence is granted only in unavoidable cases and only on prior written intimation by the parent or the guardian.

Parent / Guardian must send the leave application to the school by entering the required details and documents on the Student Leave Application Module in the Edusprint plus App.

Leave due to medical reason, the application along with the Prescribed documents and medical fitness certificate from a registered doctor should be attached by the parents in Student Leave Application Module in the Edusprint plus App.

Absence from school for a fortnight without intimation may render the student's name liable to be struck off the rolls.

Absenteeism prior to the commencement of Examinations/Evaluation will not be condoned.

No extension of vacation is allowed.

Pupils who are convalescing after an infectious disease will not be allowed to attend school unless a medical fitness certificate is produced.

No half day leave is granted except in illness. Parents are expected not to come with request for the same.

Students will be handed over to their parents during school hours only during emergencies or through prior permission granted by the Principal.

Students who are absent from examinations will not be eligible for any awards.

Re-examination (Internal Assessment Exam/ Terminal) shall not be conducted under any circumstances. In case of serious illness, a Medical Certificate with relevant supporting documents should be submitted to the respective section incharges at school.

IX. LIBRARY

Library Books must be kept clean and used carefully. No marking should be done in the books.

In case any damaged book is found, it must be reported to the School Librarian before getting it issued. The damage done to books/magazines will have to be compensated by the concerned Student.

All books to be returned to the library one week before any school vacation, before the beginning of examinations and before a Transfer Certificate is asked for. The borrower who fails to return a book must pay a fine equal to the value of the book or replace the book.

Only one note book can be taken inside the library.

Library books will be issued only on scanning the id card.

X. BUS SERVICE (OPTIONAL)

The School Bus facility available to students cannot be availed as a matter of right; it is merely an optional facility.

The bus service must be availed for the full academic year and fees for the same will have to be paid in advance (non-refundable).

The bus will halt only at the stops decided by the School Management and allotted to a particular bus route by the authorities. No changes in stops will be considered.

Students not reporting at the bus stop on time will have to make their own arrangements on that day to come to school.

Students should take care of their belongings. The bus staff will not be responsible for loss or damage of the same.

Students will be allowed to enter the bus on showing the bus charges receipt on the first day of commute.

The students availing bus facility should intimate or take prior permission from school if they have to go on their own.

The school authorities will not be responsible for bus students who commute on their own without prior intimation/permission.

Parents will not be allowed to travel by school bus. They are requested to be moderate in their behaviour towards the Bus Staff, non-compliance to which may lead to suspension of the bus service. They are also requested not to carry out any monetary exchange or handover applications to drivers or any attendant. If they do so school authorities will not be responsible for the same.

Parents of students availing bus facility hereby understand and undertake that the school management will not be responsible for any loss of life/property or injury caused to the child due to an accident or any sort of natural calamities, if any, while travelling by school bus, and/or for any reasons merely because school bus service has been provided and indemnify the school management and staff for any claim on such accounts.

XI. FIRST AID

First Aid will be provided by a nurse during school hours.

Parents must write the medical history of their child on General Medical Information

The school has on its panel a list of doctors/ hospitals to respond to any medical emergency in school.

The school has a van available exclusively for emergencies.

General Check up form should be submitted on the day School re-opens. In case of student suffering from medical condition, full details, along with precautions/medication should be mentioned in yellow slip. It must be accompanied by the prescription of the registered medical practitioner. It must be updated every year. Changes, if any, must be duly communicated to the School.

Any child with recent injury/illness should be allowed adequate rest at home. Parents should submit a fitness certificate before the child returns to school. However, the decision of the Principal will be final in this matter.

In an event of a pandemic/epidemic, students and parents are required to abide by the guidelines issued by competent authorities within school premises and while travelling.
