Primrose Pre School offers an optional school bus service equipped with E-Tracking to provide a safe, secure, and convenient transportation facility for students.
The bus service is available subject to route availability, general demand, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bus facility is available for limited routes and subject to general demand. Areas are Malad (E), Thakur Village, Thakur Complex, Borivali (E) , Dahisar (E) and additionally Kandivali (W), Borivali (W) and Dahisar (W) Only. Bus charges have to be paid for the whole year in advance.

The academic session at Thakur Public School commences in June and concludes in May. The school follows a five-day week, with regular classes conducted from Monday to Friday.

The Academic Calendar and the dates mentioned above are indicative and subject to change. Students may be required to stay back for longer hours on certain days and attend school on select Saturdays for sports and other co-curricular activities. Students of Grades IX and X may also be required to attend school on Saturdays, as per academic requirements.

The signature of both parents on the Student Comprehensive Consent Form signifies that they have read, understood, and accepted the rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines contained in the School E-Almanac.
Registration Forms for new admissions are generally issued during the months of September and October each year. Admission is subject to the availability of seats and fulfilment of the school's admission criteria.
All admissions shall remain provisional until the school has received and verified all the required documents, including those to be submitted by the student's previous school, wherever applicable.
A School Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued upon submission of the prescribed Transfer Certificate Application Form available in the School E-Almanac, along with the required supporting documents.
Parents intending to withdraw their child from the school must provide one full calendar month's written notice. In the absence of the required notice, the applicable school fees for the notice period will be charged in accordance with the school's fee policy.
Parents wishing to cancel their child's admission are requested to follow the procedure outlined below:
All cancellation-related documents should be submitted personally at the School Administration Office.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Transfer Certificate Application Form, along with the required supporting documents, may be submitted through the parent's registered email ID.
Parents of students who do not wish to continue for the next academic year must submit the application for cancellation on or before 15 April of the current academic year.

Refund of Security Deposit
The Security Deposit will be refunded at the end of the academic term, after adjustment of any outstanding dues or liabilities, if applicable.

Students are expected to wear the prescribed school uniform with pride and maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
Thakur Public School is committed to maintaining a safe, disciplined, and respectful learning environment. Students are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and uphold the values of the school at all times.
Regular attendance is essential for a student's academic progress, discipline, and overall development. Parents/Guardians are expected to ensure that their child attends school regularly and punctually.
Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% of the total working days during the academic year.
Students whose attendance falls below 75% will not be eligible to appear for the examinations,
Leave of absence is granted only in unavoidable cases and only on prior written intimation by the parent or the guardian.
Parent / Guardian must send the leave application to the school by entering the required details and documents on the Student Leave Application Module in the Edusprint plus App.
Leave due to medical reason, the application along with the Prescribed documents and medical fitness certificate from a registered doctor should be attached by the parents in Student Leave Application Module in the Edusprint plus App.
Absence from school for a fortnight without intimation may render the student's name liable to be struck off the rolls.
Absenteeism prior to the commencement of Examinations/Evaluation will not be condoned.
No extension of vacation is allowed.
Pupils who are convalescing after an infectious disease will not be allowed to attend school unless a medical fitness certificate is produced.
No half day leave is granted except in illness. Parents are expected not to come with request for the same.
Students will be handed over to their parents during school hours only during emergencies or through prior permission granted by the Principal.
Students who are absent from examinations will not be eligible for any awards.
Re-examination (Internal Assessment Exam/ Terminal) shall not be conducted under any circumstances. In case of serious illness, a Medical Certificate with relevant supporting documents should be submitted to the respective section incharges at school.
